Where are Copperwood products made?

Copperwood works with artisan copper production focused on hand-shaped, hammered, and finished copper pieces. Our workshop experience goes back to 2009, with roots in Moroccan copper craftsmanship.

What does made to order mean?

Made to order means the item is produced or finished after the order is placed. This allows us to support custom dimensions, finishes, and matching sets, but it can add production time.

How long does production take?

Standard orders usually require 3-7 business days for preparation. Made-to-order pendant lights usually require 7-15 business days. Custom or larger project orders may require 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and quantity.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Copperwood ships to the United States and other international destinations where carrier service is available.

Can I request a custom size or finish?

Yes. Contact us with product type, desired size, quantity, finish preference, destination country, and reference photos if available.

Are handmade variations normal?

Yes. Small variations in hammering, tone, texture, patina, and finish are normal. They are part of the handmade copper character and are not considered defects.

What is verdigris copper?

Verdigris is an aged copper finish with a green-blue oxidized character. Each verdigris finish can vary slightly because it is a hand-finished surface effect.

Are bulbs and wiring included?

Product pages will specify what is included. If you need a specific wiring setup, voltage, canopy, or installation requirement, contact us before ordering.

Can I order multiple matching pendant lights?

Yes. We can help with matching sets for kitchen islands, dining rooms, restaurants, villas, and hospitality projects. Because each piece is handmade, minor variations can still occur.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom sizes, finishes, verdigris finishes, matching sets, and project-based orders are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
