Copperwood LLC sells handcrafted copper pendant lights and artisan home decor made for homes, designers, restaurants, villas, riads, and hospitality spaces.

Delivery time begins after your order has been produced, inspected, packed, and handed to the shipping carrier. Customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect final delivery time.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Packaging

Copper pendant lights, candle holders, vases, and decor pieces are packed carefully to protect the shape, finish, and surface during transit. For fragile or larger pieces, we may use reinforced packaging and additional protective materials.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Copperwood is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Package

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label. We will review the issue and help find a fair solution.
