Return Window

You may contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return review. Return requests must be approved before the item is shipped back.

Return Eligibility

·         In original condition

·         In original packaging where possible

·         Free from installation marks, damage, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

·         Custom sizes

·         Custom finishes

·         Verdigris or aged finish requests

·         Made-to-order matching sets

·         Bulk or project-based orders

·         Installed lighting fixtures

·         Items damaged after delivery due to handling, installation, or misuse

Handmade Variations

Copperwood products are handcrafted. Small variations in hammering, surface texture, patina, tone, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. These natural differences are part of handmade copper work.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damage or defect claim. Do not send any item back to our registered business address unless we provide written return instructions. Returned items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production, customization, packing, or shipping may not be eligible for cancellation.
