Warranty
Copperwood offers a limited warranty covering eligible material or craftsmanship defects under normal indoor use. Natural patina, handmade variation, installation issues, bulbs, misuse, or damage after delivery are not covered.
Returns
Standard unused and uninstalled items may be reviewed for return within 60 days of delivery. Custom sizes, custom finishes, verdigris pieces, and project orders may be final sale unless damaged or defective.

Each order is carefully packed for international transit. Delivery time depends on production, destination, carrier movement, and customs clearance. Duties, VAT, or local fees may apply.
